Peace of Mind through Professional Emotional Management Support
These classes are designed to meet the needs of court ordered, union referred, or other mandatory Anger Management referred clients. Individual or small group sessions, weekly or accelerated. Private leadership & executive coaching for anger management available as well.
Anger Management programs follow the recommendations of the National Anger Management Association. Participants complete assessments, and learn and practice a variety of emotional management strategies.
Most programs have between 8 and 52 sessions, depending on the needs of the client, or the requirements of a mandated order.
Anger Management classes are psychoeducational, and can help address strong emotions that often accompany anger, including anxiety and frustration. Success requires regular and active participation and willingness to try new strategies and practices.
Anger Management Programs

Individual Sessions
- Each session $100
- Assessments $50
- Reports $25
- Reports for court, attorneys or workplace can be requested after 4 sessions.
Session Packages
- 8 Sessions $700
- 16 Sessions $1,280
- 32 Sessions $2,400
- Packages include 1 report per 8 sessions and program completion certificate.
All programs include pre and post assessments.
Programs available in person or remotely.
Sessions must be paid in advance. Packages can be paid in installments.
Recognizing stressful triggers, and their impact on behaviors, emotions and thoughts.
Identifying the connections between stress and anxiety and anger
Developing simple, practical strategies for reducing stress and handling it productively.
Developing active listening skills and building the habit of understanding before evaluating.
Learning assertive communication skills to replace aggressive and/or passive patterns.
De-escalation of arguments and defensiveness.
Identifying and communicating expectations in healthy ways.
Setting and communicating healthier boundaries for relationships.
Handling disagreements, arguments and conflicts appropriately.
