Organizational Behavior Management

OBM has a focus on improving motivation, employee performance and business results. OBM can be applied in a wide variety of organizational settings using applied behavior analysis processes and strategies to create meaningful and ongoing behavior changes, which leads to better work environments.

Supervision for work within OBM, can occur in a wide variety of organizations and workplace settings. As a part of the experience individuals will build skills in observation and data tracking, as well as giving effective feedback, and identifying and implementing incentives, and positive reinforcements.

Organizational Behavior Management utilizes a variety of behavior change procedures, including behavior skills training, rule governed behavior, token economies, behavioral contracts, habit reversal procedures, and self-management strategies. As a part of the supervision experience with PeaceProf, there is curriculum and guidance to help new practitioners develop a portfolio of material to use in current workplace settings or prepare for future positions.

Clinical Behavior Analysis

Clinical Behavior Analysis addresses common problems faced by many individuals including stress, anxiety, depression, substance abuse, impulsivity, relationship discord (and many others). Practitioners approach these issues using descriptive functional analyses, identifying environmental antecedents (sometimes called ‘triggers’) and the consequences, both immediate and delayed of target behaviors.

Supervision for work within Clinical Behavior Analysis can occur in several different settings, including educational institutions and clinics. As a part of the experience individuals will build skills in understanding and defining problem behaviors, observation and data tracking.

Acceptance and commitment therapy, behavior skills training, behavioral contracts, habit reversal procedures and self-management strategies are among the effective modalities for Clinical Behavior Analysis. As a part of the supervision experience with PeaceProf, there is curriculum and guidance to help new practitioners develop a portfolio of material to use with current clients or to prepare for future opportunities.

Education & Higher Education Behavior Analysis

Behavior analysis in education focuses on improving learning outcomes and learning environments. It emphasizes classroom management, campus wide positive behavior support and improved teaching for educators. Practitioners focus on entire school systems, individual interactions between teacher and student, and every level in between, to address meaningful academic, social, vocational, and general life skills. 

Supervision for work in educational behavior analysis can occur in settings from early education through university, including schools, training centers, youth organizations, and teacher education programs. As a part of the experience individuals will build skills in understanding and defining problem behaviors; observation and data tracking; designing, identifying and implementing incentives and reward programs; as well as giving effective feedback and positive reinforcements.

Behavior Skills Training, rule governed behavior, and token economies are common and effective strategies used in educational behavior analysis. As a part of the supervision experience with PeaceProf, there is curriculum and guidance to help new practitioners develop a portfolio of material to use with current clients or to prepare for future opportunities.

SUPERVISION RATES

Individual Remote Supervision

All mentorship-style supervision includes 1 monthly video observation, 4 monthly supervision meetings, access to curriculum for unrestricted hours and for preparing for the exam. Recurring meetings are scheduled in the calendar for weekly supervision meeting.

20- 70 hours fulfilled
3.5 supervision hours

Full-Time Monthly

71 – 130 hours fulfilled
6.5 supervision hours

Payment is made prior to the 1st each month, through recurring payments.

SUMMARY OF BACB SUPERVISION REQUIREMENTS

Work between 20-130 hours per month •Meet with supervisor at least 4 times per month •Observation with a client at least 1 time per month •5% of fieldwork hours must be supervised: (supervision meetings, interactions & observations must equal 5% of worked hours) •Log & track fieldwork hours & supervision experiences •60% of fieldwork hours must be unrestricted (this is an overall percentage & does not need to be met monthly)
